Statistics of the General Directorate of Yazidi Affairs in the Ministry of Awqaf in the Kurdistan Regional Government. Here are unfortunate results of the terrorist acts by the Organization of the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (calling) against the Yezidis, since 03-08-2014.

  • The number of martyrs 1293
  • Number of orphans:
  • Orphans (Loss of father) 1759
  • Orphans (Loss of mother) 407
  • Orphans (Loss of both parents) 359
  • Children whose parents trapped in hands of ISIS 220
  • Total number of orphans 2745
  • Number of mass graves discovered in Shingal so far: 43 Mass graves.

Adding to that, dozens of individual burial sites.

  • The number of religious shrines exploded: 68 shrines.
  • Number of migrants 90,000.
  • Number of abductees 6417:
